Erasmus+ is the programme financed by the EU to support education, training, youth and sport in Europe.
Järva County Vocational Training Centre has more than a decade of experience in the following two areas:
Key Action 1 (KA1): Learning Mobility of Individuals (aka apprenticeship, work practice, work placement)
Key Action 2: Cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices
KA1 Learning mobility:
Learning mobility opportunities for vocational schools aim to encourage the mobility of students and staff. We have sent and received students for vocational traineeships abroad, either in a workplace or at a VET school, as well as sent staff for teaching or training. More than 140 students have had an opportunities to work abroad and more than 50 staff members have taken part of the staff training programmes.
Students or staff spending longer than a month abroad under Erasmus+ are eligible to receive linguistic support. The Erasmus+ Online Linguistic Support (OLS) helps Erasmus+ participants improve their knowledge of the language in which they will work or study abroad, so that they can make the most of their experience.
We have cooperated with many wonderful organisations from Hungary, Poland, Cyprus, Germany, Sweden, Finland, Lithuania, Latvia, Belgium, Italy, Sicily, Spain, Czech Republic, Great Britain, Iceland, Denmark, Turkey.
