As part of the Erasmus+ Incluvet project, a three-day teacher training focused on cultivating an inclusive mindset and providing practical tools for engaging unmotivated VET students.
The training introduced innovative, student-centered approaches, moving away from traditional lecturing towards an innovative student-active learning approach in all subjects.
Day one covered teamwork, relationship building, and understanding neurodivergent students. The second day explored AI's role in supporting teachers, innovative uses of escape room methodology in learning, and strategies for differentiating assessment. Finally, day three concentrated on fostering students' social-emotional skills and mental well-being, along with adapting lesson plans for inclusive classrooms.
